Felt Nail-On Glides
Felt nail-on glides from Carpin provide a highly economical solution that helps prevent floor damage or scratching, reduces noise, and creates a more comfortable and cushioned feel for wood furniture.
Use of a felt nail-on glide enables chairs to slide easily over VCT tile or wood floors without any annoying sound to quiet classrooms, homes, or offices. Our felt nail-on glides are offered in a choice of colors and three standard diameters: 3/4", 7/8" and 1-1/8" diameter. Other sizes and colors are available upon request.
Carpin felt nail-on glides can be periodically replaced due to normal wear and tear. To reduce the risk of splitting, it is strongly recommended that pilot holes be drilled that allow the nail to be inserted easily while maintaining a snug fit. Use of a pilot hole also makes future replacement of the nail-on glide fast and simple

Felt Nail-on Glides
Felt nail-on glides install simply into wood furniture and provide protection to the floor, preventing scratching on wood floors, vinyl tile floors (VCT) or other less resilient floor surfaces. Glides are made of steel nail, polyethylene body and synthetic felt which is adhered to the polyethylene body.
